Having outgrown their current facility on North Oak Street Trafficway, and wanting to stay on North Oak, the site on the northeast corner of Barry Road and North Oak was chosen for their new facility. North American Savings Bank needed a building to accommodate their loan division and branch bank facility, thus resulting in a dual purpose facility with four drive-through lanes. A blend of EIFS (exterior insulation and finish system), masonry wainscot and standing seam metal roof was chosen to envelop NASB’s newest addition to the Northland banking community.
