WNB worked with Butler Construction on a design/build basis for the design and construction of this 1.2 million square foot tobacco processing facility in Nashville, North Carolina. 

 The building shell is a combination of pre-cast concrete and a pre-engineered metal building and houses receiving, green product storage, processing, packing and shipping. 50,000 square feet of administrative offices on 2 floors were also included in the design.
