Site improvements included parking for 3,000 vehicles. WNB completed the initial phase of this project, from design through construction administration.

Due to rapid growth, the congregation chose to purchase land to build a new and larger church. Phase I of the Master Plan included a new 1800-seat sanctuary with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities, an extensive education facility, and a narthex that accommodates several thousand people.
