our story

In 1984, Gary Warner, Dennis Nease and Ken Bost formed Warner-Nease-Bost Architects, Inc., known now as WNB Architects. Our founders had a vision of an innovative, creative, and inspirational architecture firm that would provide our clients an uncommon level of attention and service.
Located in the River Market Neighborhood, our building is included in the National Register of Historic Places and renovation of the space has received multiple awards and recognitions, including a Cornerstone Award from the Kansas City Economic Development Corporation. 517 Delaware is still our home and embodies our firm’s motto:

Innovate. Create. Inspire.

In the 1990’s, Craig Brannin joined WNB Architects ownership group, adding energy and experience to our growing leadership.

innovate. create. inspire.
